TC United is seeking a Director of Coaching

Requirements:

Four year degree desired with experience in soccer club administration preferred.
B license preferred with desire to get A within three to five years.
Has or equivalent to 10 years’ experience as a college or professional player, or coaching competitively at the college, premier or higher.
Comfortable with public speaking and facilitating meetings.
Strong collaborative traits with an ability to lead and work cooperatively.
Knowledge of sports psychology desired.

Duties and Roles

Will be the “face” and voice of the program with parents, players and the community.
Manages coaches, including assignment of duties and tracking coach and player development.
Builds a coaching and player development model.
Trains teams within TC United and Chinqually, but will not train own team.
Develops and promotes program camps and community clinics, including try outs.
Focus on competitive youth of TC united, building a foundation for the future starting with our youngest teams.
Available to train with Chinqually, ensuring recreational coaches and players have the means necessary to operate at the select and premier level.
